Our project replaced multiple systems at the end of their life, as well as resolving many of the control issues that we were experiencing throughout our college. CMTA has been a valuable asset after the project as well, through the review of our data. Their reviews have provided additional savings.
We have all been very impressed with the outcome of the new HVAC systems and controls and LED lighting districtwide. We feel it will make a great impact on our students' academic achievement by eliminating obstacles that were in place with the older HVAC systems and lighting.
The quality and supervision of the work was excellent. After eight months, utility expenses have nearly been cut in half for the buildings in this project. Kwh usage and utility costs have dropped considerably.
