The manner in which CMTA was able to replace the majority of the lighting in our schools across the district, as well as the installation of a geothermal system replacing an outdated coal fire boiler at the High School, has significantly reduced our utility costs.
The detailed analysis and site investigation that was completed by CMTA was critical to the success of this project.... We expected this space renovation to be the most complicated part of the project, but thanks to CMTA’s diligence it became one of the easiest transformations.
While our project has generated savings for the school district, most impressively, several of our buildings have met Energy Star requirements and are certified. As a result, our district is not only saving funds on utilities, but we are also having a more positive impact on the environment....
