Aging infrastructure doesn't wait for funding cycles. Across schools, hospitals, campuses, and public facilities, many organizations lack the capital or borrowing capacity needed to address deferred maintenance, modernize facilities, and advance sustainability goals. Through Energy as a Service (EaaS), CMTA helps clients implement critical improvements without upfront capital.
Instead of funding, owning, and managing new equipment, clients pay a predictable annual service fee for the results the program delivers: reliable heating, cooling, and power; guaranteed savings; and long-term performance. CMTA provides a single source of accountability, helping assess and engineer opportunities, structure third-party financing, secure incentives and tax credits, design and deliver improvements, and support ongoing operations and maintenance.
Performance is measured and verified throughout the agreement, with guaranteed outcomes backed by CMTA. If performance targets aren't met, we cover the shortfall. In short, EaaS helps organizations advance larger, portfolio-wide modernization programs while preserving capital for other mission-critical priorities.
