CMTA’s Special Inspections team, formerly Skyline Engineering, is comprised of registered professional engineers and master inspectors who perform third-party special inspections, ensuring independent oversight from the earliest construction stages to project completion and occupancy. We provide inspections for structural steel, welding, concrete, masonry, spray fireproofing, mechanical systems, energy compliance, sprinklers, and firestopping.
From the initial request for proposal, the special inspectors take a proactive role, reviewing plans to identify required inspections, eliminate unnecessary costs, and maintain project schedules.
