WWE Headquarters

WWEStamford, Connecticut

In 2023, WWE strategically relocated and consolidated its operations, merging its production studios and corporate offices into a single, state-of-the-art headquarters. Spanning 400,000 square feet, the new facility includes office space in a 13-story tower and production facilities in a nearby seven-story pavilion. CMTA played an integral role in the project, providing comprehensive design across multiple disciplines, including MEP/FP and Low Voltage engineering.

A centerpiece of the new headquarters is The Studios at WWE, which enhances their storytelling capabilities while elevating production quality, versatility, and efficiency. These state-of-the-art studios allow WWE to broaden its reach by serving a wider range of clients across broadcast, film, and production industries. The facilities include two production control rooms, two live audio rooms, two playback rooms, editing suites, seven post-audio suites, two green rooms, dressing rooms, and office space. A standout feature is Studio 3’s virtual production stage, equipped with advanced technology to enable truly immersive and dynamic content creation.

The office areas are designed with an open-plan layout, featuring collaborative spaces, lounge areas, a cafeteria, bleacher seating, assembly spaces, and other office support facilities. A notable addition is a multi-story open atrium lobby that features automobile drive-in access, allowing attendees to drop off guests for in-house WWE events. Partnering with Gensler on the project, CMTA is proud to have delivered energy efficient solutions that seamlessly integrate functionality with the user experience.
