[CMTA] has proven to be quite effective, achieving LEED Gold status with their expertise in providing the energy upgrades and technical assistance, allowing our institution to become a more efficient user of resources through an energy savings plan.
This building is about the future. We’re not only preparing our students for the future, but we’re also designing this building for the future by using the earth respectfully and efficiently to power the school.
The new CMTA Headquarters accomplished all goals set at the beginning of the project and exceeded expectations. The building has met the first priority, consuming minimal energy and operating as planned.
CMTA provided quick responses to any issues that arose, all the while exceeding our expectations....I have been pleased with the quality of the projects and the positive impacts on our buildings. I highly recommend CMTA for your energy savings project.
