2025 ASHRAE Regional Technology Award Winners

October 14, 2025

Each year, the American Society for Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) honors outstanding achievements in engineering design through its prestigious Technology Awards program. These awards are designed to showcase exemplary building designs that excel in occupant comfort, indoor air quality, and energy efficiency, all while adhering to ASHRAE’s rigorous standards. To be eligible for consideration, projects must submit one year of operational energy data, ensuring the projects demonstrate proven results.

We are proud to announce that our exceptional CMTA team members have been honored with 10 ASHRAE Regional Technology Awards! This outstanding achievement reflects their dedication to innovative, healthy, and high-performance design solutions. First-place winners at the regional level will advance to the international stage at the ASHRAE Society Level, where they will contend with premier projects from around the world.
