Banneker’s innovative new school building places learning and community at the heart of its design. Most importantly, it expands our enrollment capacity and will allow us to provide more students with the Banneker experience.

CMTA's knowledge of federal clean energy tax credits guided us in our decision-making process to convert our central plant to geothermal in a budget-friendly way. Their high-performance healthcare design expertise introduced operational possibilities that have transformed our facilities.

When CMTA let me know there was a possibility of getting a substantial check from the federal government for doing the work we had already done, it was a no brainer. The process was painless to us. CMTA’s customer service is second to none.

We wanted this multi-departmental science building to be student friendly, utilitarian, energy efficient and a healthy environment for work and learning. We are proud of the final result and look forward to enhanced student learning in its innovative spaces.
