This magnificent facility promises to change how health care is delivered to our children...Its design for efficiency of care was not by accident; a number of UofL staff spent...time exploring the best practices from throughout the nation and took the best of those to implement here in Louisville.

We are excited to celebrate our growth and investment in the economic future of the city we have been proud to call home for more than 100 years.

We completely brought the energy and life back into the building...The simple architectural details that are here, they are original. We wanted to make sure that we could salvage what we could...We had to put the extra work in to make sure that it looks the way it used to.

We wanted this multi-departmental science building to be student friendly, utilitarian, energy efficient and a healthy environment for work and learning. We are proud of the final result and look forward to enhanced student learning in its innovative spaces.

CMTA provided great energy modeling data to ensure the financial performance of the geothermal system. Now that the system has been in operation for a year, its energy use is extremely low and we are realizing the predicted return on the investment.

Thank you to CMTA for being such a great and valued partner not only to this hospital but our system as a whole. This project was a tremendous success story that continues to pay for itself to this very day!

This project…provides state-of-the-art space for our students to learn, to engage their professors and to relax and catch up with their friends. In addition to the services offered in this building—tutoring, mentoring, and advising—will help ensure our students are on the path to success.
