Deutsche Bank’s relocation marks a major milestone in consolidating its U.S. headquarters at the newly renamed Deutsche Bank Center (formerly the Time Warner Center). The new headquarters, spans 1.1 million square feet, over 22 floors, across the two towers, and features three double-height trading floors, designed to accommodate more than 500 traders. Interconnecting spiral staircases and mezzanine levels overlook the trading floors, enhancing connectivity while supporting a more open, hospitality-driven workplace experience.
At the core of the project is a sophisticated IT infrastructure designed to support a secure, hybrid work environment, featuring in-building geographically separate, robust, and redundant MDF rooms, connected via high-speed fiber-optic fault tolerant backbone connectivity, and advanced network redundancy to enable seamless global communication and real-time trading. Advanced technology and resilient infrastructure support the ongoing growth of Deutsche Bank’s financial services business and is critical to an effective, high-performing workspace.
The headquarters is complemented by a range of premium amenities, including a coffee bar, full-service/cooking kitchen, grab-and-go snack area, IT hub, training rooms, shared lounge spaces, and both indoor and outdoor terraces. Thoughtfully designed, the shared areas foster connection and collaboration within a modern, flexible workplace.
Partnering with Gensler and Structure Tone, Deutsche Bank headquarters was completed in 2021, and demonstrates their commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and employee satisfaction.
