Peloton's new, 350,000 SF headquarters serves as a dynamic hub for collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being. Designed to bring together diverse teams under one roof, the headquarters spans spans eight floors, with an additional 13,000 SF on a lower level dedicated to a fabrication lab and support spaces. CMTA delivered comprehensive MEP engineering, IT infrastructure, and security design services for this expansive project.
The building features a prominent open stair that connects all floors and departments, including engineering, apparel, and product teams, to encourage collaboration and connection. Key areas such as software labs, user testing spaces, music lounges, and editing rooms were thoughtfully designed to enable continuous innovation and support Peloton’s operational needs.
A robust amenity program—including a gym and creative social lounges—was integrated to support employee well-being and foster work-life balance. CMTA’s engineering solutions were central to creating an efficient, comfortable workspace that aligns with Peloton’s mission and high standards for performance.
