Located on the 54th floor of One Manhattan West, an iconic 67-story tower in Midtown Manhattan, the new Sales and Innovation Center for World Wide Technology redefines the client experience. Designed as a state-of-the-art destination for collaboration, technology, and engagement, the office expands WWT’s growing New York City presence while complementing the company’s existing data analytics hub at Penn 1 Tower.

Developed in collaboration with FCArchitects and Turner Construction, we provided advanced MEP system design and comprehensive commissioning services for WWT’s new consumer-facing operations hub. The space brings together the company’s sales, marketing, and engineering teams within an environment designed to foster innovation, creativity, and seamless collaboration.

Inspired by high-end hospitality and technology experience centers, the workplace delivers an immersive experience for both employees and clients. Flexible conference rooms and integrated meeting spaces are integrated throughout the office, supporting effortless interaction and WWT’s mission of delivering cutting-edge digital solutions.
