CMTA provided full MEP design and construction administration services for several data centers across multiple campuses in California, Oregon, and Arizona to service this client's advanced manufacturing needs. These projects involved delivering high density, Tier 3 redundant data halls to be constructed in new build applications as well as adaptive reuse applications retrofitting existing office, cleanroom, and manufacturing buildings with extreme spatial constraints and zero-downtime allowance. Advanced CFD modeling was used to evaluate normal operation parameters as well as critical failure mode impact analyses. Additionally, these projects were constructed to meet Federal Agency ICD705 compliant security standards.
