State Farm Stadium sought to enhance the fan experience and improve the functionality of several key service-level spaces through a series of targeted renovations. Since 2014, CMTA has partnered with State Farm Stadium, delivering coordinated engineering solutions that seamlessly integrated new systems into the existing facility while working within an active NFL venue. CMTA provided MEP engineering services across multiple projects supporting these improvements.

As part of the broader stadium renovations, the Casa Roja project focused on improving several key service-level spaces. CMTA provided HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services for a new 1,200 SF restroom addition. The team also designed MEP systems for a new 1,700 SF pantry and provided mechanical and electrical engineering to support a new 9,000 SF temporary Casa Roja area. CMTA remained involved throughout the entirety of the project, providing construction administration services to help support successful project execution.

CMTA also supported the renovation of the Morgan Athletic Club, providing electrical engineering services for approximately 15,000 SF of renovated space at the stadium’s service level. As the project progressed, the scope expanded to include photometric calculations and lighting analysis, design for a new restroom, and additional engineering for the Casitas Restrooms.

Through technical expertise and collaborative execution, CMTA played a key role in modernizing State Farm Stadium, enhancing its functionality and fan experience.
