This project is an energy savings performance contract for the Magoffin County Fiscal Court, located in Salyersville, Kentucky. Over 71,661 square feet across 4 facilities were included in the project scope.
The project scope included:
Comprehensive LED Lighting replacements and retrofits in the Justice Center, Courthouse, Community Center, and Renaissance Center
New direct digital HVAC control systems to monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot HVAC systems at the Justice Center and Courthouse
HVAC equipment upgrades at the Justice Center, including a new fan array in the air handling unit, two condensing boilers with two new variable speed hot water pumps, and six mini-splits in the Judge’s Chambers and IT room for 24/7 temperature control
HVAC equipment upgrades at the Courthouse, including nine air source heat pumps, two gas heat/DX cooling split systems, two gas heat rooftop units, and a new gas supply line
