WKU’s Ogden College Hall has become the first educational laboratory in the U.S. to achieve WELL v2 Gold Certification by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). For buildings to become WELL Gold Certified, they must collect at least 60 points that benefit the overall health and well-being of occupants, according to the IWBI. Ogden College Hall surpassed those requirements by achieving 73 points.
