CMTA, a Legence company, is excited to announce they are joining forces with Genesis, a full-service MEP engineering firm previously located in Zionsville, Indiana. Genesis employees have relocated to CMTA’s Indianapolis office – doubling the team’s size at this location.
Not only are the Genesis team members increasing the engineering strength in Indianapolis, but they also bring a portfolio of high-performing projects within similar markets including healthcare and higher education. The added capacity also allows for a broader client reach and service base throughout the Midwest.
With the addition of Genesis, CMTA has more than 700 engineering professionals across the U.S. This allows CMTA to be uniquely positioned to help architects and building owners reduce their carbon footprint, electrify their buildings, and generate innovative solutions for high-performing buildings. As well as working with clients to access funds available through the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) – helping them reduce project costs while implementing high-performance design solutions.
Collectively in Indianapolis, the CMTA and Genesis engineering team offers zero energy, decarbonization, energy and water reduction, IRA consulting, and commissioning services. We’re excited to see the positive impacts of this growth within our region.
