CMTA provided great energy modeling data to ensure the financial performance of the geothermal system. Now that the system has been in operation for a year, its energy use is extremely low and we are realizing the predicted return on the investment.

We knew we wanted to build a school that would carry us into the future and support next-generation learning.

We wanted this multi-departmental science building to be student friendly, utilitarian, energy efficient and a healthy environment for work and learning. We are proud of the final result and look forward to enhanced student learning in its innovative spaces.

It has been at the very heart of life in Lexington, geographically and culturally; its magnificent dome an enduring symbol of our city, firmly at the core of Lexington’s spirit.

We are excited to celebrate our growth and investment in the economic future of the city we have been proud to call home for more than 100 years.

We are very pleased with our building and the ease of which the curtainwall construction was brought to the project. Most of all the beauty and energy efficiency it brought to our building — we are so proud!

From an energy efficient standpoint, it’s going to meet some of the highest standards out there. From a health standpoint, brand new systems will address some of the concerns of the air handling around campus and nationally.
