This project for the Kentucky Community & Technical College System was a Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract for Southcentral Community College in Bowling Green, Kentucky that covered four campuses, over 381,235 square feet. Scope for this project included:

Extensive DDC system upgrades for two buildings and total controls replacements for five buildings
One chiller and one boiler were replaced with new high-efficiency equipment
Boiler/fluid cooler water source heat pump system renovation with energy recovery ventilator installation for improved ventilation
New interior LED fixtures and retrofits, including occupancy sensor control
New exterior LED fixtures with bi-level motion sensing technology
Computer power management for over 1,400 campus computers
No cost/low cost utility rate savings resulting in more than $59,000 in annual savings
