CMTA "Walks the Walk"

CMTA's headquarters was built with two goals in mind: significantly reduce energy use and create a learning lab environment to test new technologies for high performance buildings. The building was the first LEED Gold office building in Louisville and received a perfect ENERGY STAR rating of 100.

The First Zero Energy School

Constructed in 2010, the Warren County Public Schools facility, located in Bowling Green, Kentucky, is the first of its kind to produce more energy than it consumes.
