CMTA, a Legence company, is proud to announce the acquisition of Metrix Engineers, LLC, a respected mechanical and electrical engineering and consulting firm based in Renton, WA.
This milestone marks CMTA’s strategic expansion into the Pacific Northwest market, strengthening our geographic footprint and enhancing our ability to serve clients across the dynamic Seattle metropolitan area and broader Northwest region. It also strengthens our collaboration with P2S, a Legence company, which operates in Seattle and across California.

Notably, Metrix helped Seattle Public Schools receive millions in federal clean energy tax credits for the implementation of renewable energy solutions. The firm also supported Bellevue School District in certifying Puesta Del Sol Elementary School as Washington State’s largest net zero K-12 facility.
