This project was a Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract that included 9 facilities, over 506,778 square feet, in the Mercer County School District.

The scope included:

Fully renovated HVAC system at King Middle School with a hybrid variable refrigerant flow unit and boiler/chiller system
Fully renovated HVAC system at Mercer Intermediate School with a boiler/tower water source heat pump system
All control systems within the district were brought into a new web-based DDC system
All light fixtures across the district were changed to LED fixtures. Kitchen refrigeration equipment was replaced at the Elementary and Middle Schools

We have all been very impressed with the outcome of the new HVAC systems and controls and LED lighting districtwide. We feel it will make a great impact on our students' academic achievement by eliminating obstacles that were in place with the older HVAC systems and lighting.
