Phase 1 included the following:

32 HVAC unit replacements at Lakewood Elementary School
50 programmable thermostats installed at Lakewood Elementary School
LED lighting replacement and occupancy sensor installation for facilities that include: E.W. Grove School; Grove Gym;.Henry County High School;James E. Counce Fieldhouse; Lakewood Elementary School

Phase 2 involves LED lighting upgrades for Dorothy & Noble Harrelson School.
