DoorDash significantly expanded its existing New York footprint, more than doubling its office from 57,000 square feet to 120,000 square feet within a single year. In collaboration with HKS Architects and SPK Lewis, we delivered comprehensive MEP, Low Voltage, Security, Lighting and Acoustic services – the result is a modern, high-performance workplace, that preserves the colorful DoorDash branded interior.

The expanded layout balances private work areas, open collaboration zones, and flexible spaces that adapt to evolving team needs, while enhanced amenities, including a central gathering hub and upgraded pantry/café foster connection and reinforces the DoorDash workplace culture.
