Hiring CMTA was one of the best things we have ever done as a school district.
Over $1,500,000 ABOVE Guaranteed Energy Savings in the First 3 Years
This project was a Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract that included ten facilities that covered over 438,316 square feet in the Marion County School District, located in Lebanon, Kentucky.
For Phase 2, both Glasscock Elementary School and West Marion Elementary School will receive new web-based controls for the HVAC systems. Glasscock ES will also receive a full heat pump replacement.
For West Marion ES, all unit ventilators will be converted to console heat pumps and the electric boiler and hydronic pumps will be replaced. A dedicated outdoor air system unit will be installed for ventilation control. The existing cooling tower, electric boiler and pumps will be replaced by a new geothermal system for heating and cooling purposes.
The project was completed in a very timely manner - a short summer. The savings were immediate to our district in regards to the energy.
