20 Buildings. 2 Separate Campuses. Beating Expectations By 17%
This project is a performance contract for Elizabethtown Community and Technical College. The project includes energy upgrades to nearly 500,000 sq.ft. of educational, administrative and technical training spaces across all three ECTC campuses. The project highlights include extensive LED lighting retrofits, utility rates savings, significant HVAC control and HVAC system upgrades. HVAC system replacements include several original building systems over 40 years old such as AHUs, chillers, boilers, and VAV terminal units at four buildings. Additionally, the project will replace a troublesome rooftop HVAC unit which has been leaking for several years. The project will also stretch a concurrent architectural upgrade to an administrative building on campus with new ceiling tiles, light fixtures and HVAC grilles/diffusers.
