This project is a Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract partially funded by the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) fund that involves renovations for 7 facilities in Munfordville, Kentucky.
The project includes:
- Total HVAC renovations for four elementary schools, including new water source heat pumps throughout, and installation of new dedicated outdoor air systems and Energy Recovery Ventilators
- Installation of 2 geothermal wellfields to service the water source heat pump systems
- LED lighting upgrades at seven buildings, replacing over 2,600 interior and exterior lighting fixtures
- New web-based digital controls for five facilities, improving building performance and providing the ability to remotely monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot HVAC systems
- Retro-commissioning of the existing controls system at Hart County High School
- Waste management upgrades
- Building envelope improvements
